Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

also known as “tapping,” helps a person cope with emotional trauma. Emotional trauma can cause disease, addiction, phobias, diabetes, high blood pressure, weight gain and more.

EFT helps free unwanted energy at certain acupuncture and acupressure points on the body. Tapping these points helps calm the amygdala in the brain and slow down the production of cortisol, the body’s stress hormone.

The technique can help the brain re-pattern to avoid re-triggers and improve gene function.
